Regarding brand name and trademark registration
「SakuLux®has been registered as a trademark in Japan and China.
When we founded "FLEXY" about 10 years ago, we never registered a trademark and sold our products with an open attitude for users around the world to use.
However, in recent years, corporations other than our company in China have maliciously and without authorization registered the trademark "FLEXY." We have become aware that counterfeit steel wire ropes not manufactured by our company, packaged with the "FLEXY" trademark, have entered the market.
In this situation, our valued customers who have always loved our products, have the opportunity to mistakenly identify and use counterfeit products, which also severely damages the brand value of our products. To prevent such a situation, we have decided to adopt a new brand name:SakuLux®Meanwhile, we have registered trademarks in Japan and China.

SakuLux® 1x19 (19 strands)
Positioned between the stiff "7-strand (1x7)" and the soft "49-strand (7x7)," it is slightly similar to the "7-strand (1x7)." It possesses a certain stiffness along with moderate flexibility, making it difficult to break.
About construction
It is made by twisting one steel wire core with six wires on the outside, and twelve wires on the outermost layer. The cross-section is roughly circular, giving it a certain strength. Suitable for industrial applications where power transmission is important.

Located between the stiff "7-strand (1x7)" and the soft "49-strand (7x7)", it is slightly similar to the "49-strand (7x7)". It has sufficient softness and moderate stiffness, bringing out a natural, soft feel.
About construction

Manufacturing process
From the
Wire drawing process (drawing)
Using a drawing die, thick steel wire material is drawn and processed in stages. It can produce wires as fine as 2μm (0.009mm) to 0.20mm.
Twisting (stranding)
Twist plural processed steel wires into steel wire rope. Starting with a basic 7-wire construction, the twisted construction ranges from 3 to 343 wires, suitable for different product specifications.
Coating (Plating)
Coating the surface of steel wire ropes with polyamides (nylon 6, nylon 12), etc. Coatings of 0.03mm to 0.30mm can be applied. We can also customize coatings in desired colors for customers.
Quality inspection
Our professional inspectors perform checks such as tensile strength, outer diameter measurement, and eccentricity measurement to ensure excellent quality.
Coil line
Our professional inspectors will monitor the quantity (length) while winding finished steel wire ropes into coils of specified lengths.
